Pricing and pre-purchase

You get a minaturised ID tag for your furkid that comes with a key ring to hook on its collar or leash. For an additional fees, you get a credit-card sized owner's tag that fits right into your wallet as proof of ownership in case your pet gets lost.

These tags are perfect for you to showcase on Instagram!

For each of the designs, we have indicated on the product page on the content that can be customised. These vary for each design but the customisable content are usually:

  • Photo
  • Name
  • Contact number
  • Breed

Currently, we aren't able to offer additional customisation features other than what is stated on the product page due to the space limitations for each design and to get your tag to you as soon as possible! 

Do reach out to us as soon as possible via our contact form or email if you would like to make amendments to your customisation instructions. Amendments are complimentary within 6 hours of order placement. Surcharge of S$5 will be applied for any amendments requested after the grace period.

Once the item is produced, we will not be able to make any amendments. 

Our ID tags are machine-printed but are also partially improved by hand. In particular, we apply a protective layer by hand to help the products last longer. Due to the manual process, there may be some minor imperfections.

Nevertheless, the ID tags are subject to normal wear and tear and colours may fade over time. The ID tags should not be exposed to water for prolonged time periods.

Shipping

Within Singapore, we are offering FREE (non-registered) shipping for all ID tag orders. For Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, the shipping charge is only S$3.00.

We know you're excited about your pet ID tags and want it as soon as possible. Due to high volumes of orders, we have recently revised our shipping policies to mail out all orders placed by Friday 23:59 (SGT, GMT +8) on the following Monday. No mock ups will be provided prior to shipping, so please ensure that all details and photos are submitted correctly.

Please see below for the estimated number of delivery days for your package to reach the respective countries of destination (Major cities/ Office of mail exchange). If you live outside of the major cities/ office of mail exchange, do bear with Mr Postman as it may take just a little longer for them to reach you!

  • Singapore: 2 to 3 working days
  • Malaysia (Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu): 4 to 6 working days
  • Indonesia (Jakarta, Batam): 5 - 8 working days
  • Brunei Darussalam (Bandar Seri Begawan): 4 to 6 working days
  • Hong Kong: 4 to 6 working days
  • Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth): 4 to 6 working days
  • New Zealand (Auckland): 4 to 6 working days

While we do not currently offer self-collection options, we totally understand your desire to obtain the items as soon as possible.

That is why we aim to produce and dispatch your order within 3 working days to ensure your order reaches you within the shortest time possible! 

Returns

We are not able to cancel your order once it has been made. However, if you would like to make amendments to your customisation instructions after you have made your order, you can reach out to us as soon as possible via our contact form. Amendments are complimentary within 6 hours of order placement. Surcharge of S$5 will be applied for any amendments requested after the grace period.

Once the item is produced and/or dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments unfortunately. 

We try our very best to avoid any mistakes as much as possible by running a quality-check prior to dispatching your item. However, from time to time, an error may slip through.

Not to worry, if you do find any mistakes upon receiving your item, just snap a photo of the affected area and point out the error (do include your order number) to us via email at hello@pawdigy.co. Once rectified, we will send you a replacement tag.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process any refunds.

Animal charities

We know that just like us, you are an animal lover too and want to do good for our furry friends. That is why we donate 10% of all sales of ID tags sold, to animal charities!
