Refund policy
While we try our very best to avoid any mistakes as much as possible by running a quality-check prior to dispatching your item, from time to time, an error may slip through.
If you find any mistakes upon receiving your item, just snap a photo of the affected area and point out the error (do include your order number) to us via email at hello@pawdigy.co. Once rectified, we will send you a replacement tag.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process any refunds.
