Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for all ID tag purchases in Singapore, additional fees apply for orders to be shipped outside of Singapore. Due to high volumes of orders, we have recently revised our shipping policies to mail out all orders placed by Friday 23:59 (SGT, GMT +8) on the following Monday. No mock ups will be provided prior to shipping, so please ensure that all details and photos are submitted correctly.
